1 Definitions & Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the h999 platform and all its services. The meaning of some key terms used here is described below:

"Platform"

"User" or "You"

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• A 20x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit).
• Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳30,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own terms, which will be stated in the promotion details.
• Winnings from a bonus must meet the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• h999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to exploit the system, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Multiple members of the same household may not use the same bonus.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when betting on h999:

Sports Betting

• Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless h999 acknowledges a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, h999 will settle bets according to the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h999 platform:

• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, h999 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Account Closure

An account may be closed at the initiative of h999 or the user:

• Any user may contact the h999 support team at any time to close their account.
• Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• The option to voluntarily take a temporary or permanent break is also available as part of responsible gaming.

Closure at h999's Initiative

• An account may be closed without notice in the event of a breach of the Terms.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.
• If a breach of the Terms is proven after investigation, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues or cyberattacks.
• Loss caused by a user's own negligence or failure to comply with the Terms.
